Have Heart Announces Five Reunion Shows Including Sound and Fury Fest

Published on:

Boston hardcore icons Have Heart have had an indelible impact in heavy music. Since forming in 2002, the band has connected with countless hardcore fans thanks to their extremely relatable lyrics and untouchable energy.

Have Heart initially broke up back in 2009, and would reunite 10 years later in 2019 for a brief run of shows. Now, the Boston band have announced a new reformation, where they’ll be playing several shows around the world. Things kick off June 2nd where they’ll be playing at Tied Down Fest in Detroit, MI before later heading to the UK to headline the extremely popular Outbreak fest there.

In addition, Sound and Fury announced their first lineup wave for the festival, which includes Have Heart. Sound and Fury once again features an excellent lineup that speaks to numerous generations of hardcore and heavy music at large, from straight edge upstarts XWeaponX to noise rock psychopaths Chat Pile. Check out the lineup for that below.

Beyond the festival appearances, Have Heart is playing a pair of shows on the East Coast with equally massive lineups. In New York City, they’ll be joined by Speed, Magnitude, Restraining Order, Move and Anklebiter. The next night in Boston they’ll be once again be joined by Speed along with Gel, Initiate, Eye For an Eye and Woundman.

It’s going to be a massive couple of months for the hardcore legends, and it’s hard to say when you’ll get another shot at seeing them. Check out the lineups below, and grab your tickets here before they sell out.
