At one point during the band’s headlining WORLD Kinen Hall show today in Japan (October 31st), British rockers Bring Me the Horizon were joined on stage by Babymetal, the two acts performing their collaborative song “Kingslayer” together.

The track was released back in 2020 as part of Bring Me the Horizon’s album Post Human: Survival Horror. The record features several musical guests, and among the songs on it, “Kingslayer” is one of its most sonically riveting cuts.

Per footage that has been uploaded online, and which you will find below, Bring Me the Horizon and Babymetal’s performance of “Kingslayer” was nothing short of exhilarating.

Next month in Japan, both bands will be taking part in NEX_FEST, which happens to be a festival curated by Bring Me the Horizon.

Both BMTH and Babymetal are already incredible live acts on their own, but having both bands on stage together makes for an even more thrilling experience. Could you imagine if both of these bands ever announced a co-headlining tour? Such a run would be amazing.

When it comes to other upcoming shows, Bring Me the Horizon recently announced that they will be one of the headliners at the 2024 edition of the Sick New World metal festival, alongside Slipknot and System of a Down.

Earlier this year, Babymetal released their fourth studio album, titled The Other One, and recently, we ranked all of the band’s albums from worst to best.

At the time of this writing, BMTH’s upcoming album, titled Post Human: Nex Gen, has been postponed to 2024.
