In the newest episode of The Osbournes, out today, Ozzy Osbourne opens up about how he feels about his upcoming neck surgery. In the last episode of The Osbournes, the heavy metal legend and his wife Sharon confirmed that this procedure marks “surgery number four.”
Osbourne expressed that he is “in a lot of pain,” and according to what he has shared in this new podcast episode, regardless of the procedure’s outcome, it’s going to be his “final surgery.”
Among the topics discussed in The Osbournes Episode 2, the family talks about Ozzy’s upcoming surgery, which they note is “tomorrow” (this could be regarding September 20th, 2023, or tomorrow at the time of recording).
In regard to this procedure, Ozzy expresses how fed up he is, sharing the following (as transcribed by Blabbermouth):
“Tomorrow I have my final surgery on my neck. Which it is gonna be the final surgery, because I can’t do it anymore. Regardless of the way it ends up after tomorrow, I’m not doing it anymore. I can’t.”
His son, Jack, follows up on Ozzy’s response by asking his dad how he’s feeling about the surgery. In response, the singer says:
“It’s all right. It’s just like going over for a fucking haircut now… But I have improved somewhat, I think. My feet feel like I’ve got bricks tied to them when I’m walking. I walked upstairs today and downstairs for the first time in a while, and my feet feel like I’ve got diving boots on when I’m walking. I think it’s the nerves… Then I was thinking, maybe I just need to get up off my ass and walk around the block a few times.”
We send our best wishes to Osbourne and hope all goes well with his surgery. Below you can watch the entirety of The Osbournes Episode 2.
