This past weekend, AEW had its “All In” event at Wembley Stadium in London, England. From start to finish the energy in the air was electrifying, and among the several exhilarating moments that took place, one that stands out to us big time is getting to see Sting walk out to a classic Metallica song.
At All In, the wrestling legend, alongside his partner Darby Allin, went up against Swerve Strickland and Christian Cage, with Prince Nana.
Prior to Sting and Allin entering the arena, a video promo was played that showed off the wrestling icon rocking some Joker-esque makeup.
When the time came for Sting and Allin to enter Wembley, the stadium’s speakers started blaring Metallica’s “Seek and Destroy.” This Metallica song came out in 1983 and is a track from the band’s record Kill ‘Em All.
Per a video of this moment, which you can view below, the crowd absolutely lost their minds as Sting and Allin entered the arena and the thrash metal classic started playing.
The match itself was absolutely awesome, and if you have not seen it yet, we absolutely recommend checking it out. For those of you who did watch All In, what was your favorite match of the event?
In other wrestling-related news, WWE superstar Bray Wyatt, real name Windham Rotunda, recently passed away.
