Who knew that John Travolta was a Pantera fan? The actor, most famously known for his roles in Pulp Fiction and Grease, was one of several celebrities who made their way out to see Pantera and Metallica‘s recent performance at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, CA.
Along with Travolta, Aquaman movie star Jason Momoa also showed up to chill with Pantera, and even jumped in a mosh pit at one point. Tommy Lee and John 5 of Mötley Crüe also made an appearance.
Per photos that Pantera has shared on Instagram, Travolta is seen chilling with the likes of Phil Anselmo, Rex Brown, Charlie Benante, John 5, Lee, and Momoa.
Writing about the evening, Benante wrote the following on Instagram:
“@metallica @panteraofficial at @sofistadium last night was a Blast! Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that I’d play there? But it gets better. Talking to @johntravolta about folding 2 slices of pizza together while walking and eating was hilarious. If you’ve seen the opening of #saturdaynightfever you’ll understand. Seeing Jason @prideofgypsies in the pit tearing it up was a highlight for me , made me work harder for sure- I 🖤him. I can’t wait for season 2 of @andorofficial – @adriaarjona will be back as #bixcaleen , was nice to meet her. I need to rewatch season 1 again .
