Spiritbox is set to unveil their new EP, The Fear of Fear, on November 3, in collaboration with Rise Records and Pale Chord. One of the prominent tracks from this EP, “Jaded”, has been introduced to fans alongside its evocative cinematic music video.
The upcoming EP promises to retain the momentum Spiritbox has gathered from their 2021 debut album, “Eternal Blue”. The album, which was a major hit, clinched top spots on charts and was a favorite among critics, featuring in numerous year-end lists. The Fear of Fear will comprise six songs, including the previously released single “The Void” and five brand-new tracks.
To promote The Fear of Fear, Spiritbox has scheduled an expansive tour this fall. The band is no stranger to the road, having recently wrapped up large-scale tours in both Europe and North America. Highlights of their tour include a U.K. headline series and multiple major summer festival performances. Fans in the U.S. can anticipate Spiritbox shows alongside notable bands like Shinedown and Papa Roach in the upcoming months of September and October.
After their debut with “Eternal Blue”, Spiritbox released the “Rotoscope” EP in 2022. The title track, which was accompanied by a music video directed by Max Moore, has garnered over 3.4 million views on YouTube. The entire EP boasts an impressive 27 million streams.
Spiritbox, with lead vocalist Courtney Laplante at the helm, is keeping fans – affectionately known as Boxies – eagerly waiting with the news of The Fear of Fear. As the release date approaches, listeners have been treated to the new single “Jaded”, following the April release of “The Void”, both of which feature on the forthcoming EP.
