Chicago hardcore titans Harm’s Way has unveiled both a massive tour and a hell of a new song, “Devour.”

Launching on October 18th in Milwaukee and concluding on November 16th in Kansas City, Missouri, this tour promotes their imminent album, Common Suffering, set to release on September 29th. Fans are in for a super diverse lineup as they’ll be joined by support acts Fleshwater, Ingrown, and Jivebomb.

“Devour” follows the critically acclaimed “Silent Wolf”, and showcases Harm’s Way’s unique ability to weave metalcore’s intricate riffs with the raw intensity of classic hardcore. The track delves deep into introspection, portraying the aftermath of realizing one’s own draining energy. “It’s a crossroads that can lead you either the rest of the way down, or back to where whatever’s lost may be found again”, the band shares.

Having shaped heavy music’s trajectory for almost two decades, Harm’s Way’s forthcoming album, “Common Suffering”, boasts diversity. It encapsulates the turmoil and uncertainties of recent years, touching on personal and broader socio-political themes. The record, created at Pennsylvania’s Studio 4 with producer Will Yip, sees the band members stepping out of their usual roles and pushing their musical boundaries further.

“Common Suffering” will be available across digital platforms, as well as in vinyl and CD formats via Metal Blade Records. Fans can pre-order now.

To witness Harm’s Way in their indomitable form, catch them live on their North American tour. Tickets will be available from August 18 at 10AM local time. Watch the video for “Devour” below, and see their full tour itinerary.
