Dying Wish vocalist Emma Boster recently underwent surgery after being involved in a shocking accident involving an exploding bathroom door.

In regard to this accident, Boster took to her Twitter account this past Saturday (August 26th), writing that she had to undergo surgery to “repair severed tendons” in her right hand. Boster also shared an image of the bathroom door that exploded on her, as well as a couple of photos of her resting in the hospital. As to how the bathroom door exploded on Boster, that is unclear.

In the photo featuring the destroyed bathroom door – among the shattered glass that is sprawled across the shower floor – you’ll see some blood.

Thankfully, the Dying Wish singer is doing relatively okay. Per her Twitter post, she writes:

“It’s been a scary and painful week but I am OK! Underwent surgery yesterday to repair severed tendons in my right hand. The hard part is over and now I’m committed to a long recovery. So thankful for my partner, friends and family. Look how cooked I was post op lol”

We are glad to hear that Boster is doing okay and we wish her a speedy recovery. You can find Boster’s photos below.

On November 3rd, Dying Wish will be releasing a brand new album called Symptoms of Survival. You can check out one of the songs from that album, “Watch My Promise Die,” via this link.
