At this point in time we all know that there are many celebrities from outside of the genre who really enjoy metal; that said, sometimes it is still surprising to hear that so and so happens to be a metal fan. Take rapper Drake for example – who could have guessed that he has an interest in metal?

Recently over on the rapper’s Instagram Stories, he shared a video of a death metal vocalist who he is both really impressed by and considers his “twin flame.”

That metal vocalist is none other than Entheos singer Chaney Crabb.

For those unfamiliar, Entheos is a technical and progressive death metal band, and their most recent release is their 2023 studio album Time Will Take Us All.

Crabb was able to grab a screenshot of Drake’s post involving her and shared it on her Twitter account.

Per the caption she wrote alongside the photo, Crabb wrote the following:

“This was not on my 2023 bingo card. Shout out to Drake for spreading the good word and putting a bunch of people on to metal. So cool. Much love!”

This is a super cool shout-out without a doubt; it is likely that some of Drake’s followers came across his post pertaining to Crabb and might have decided to check out Entheos’ music. If you are a fan of Entheos, what do you make of Drake shouting out vocalist Chaney Crabb?
