It is not uncommon for musicians to have other jobs while they create music; take Incubus guitarist Michael Einziger for example, he and his wife are starting a biotech company.

Recently on the guitarist’s Twitter account, he posted a tweet talking about this new skincare-related biotech company. Per the tweet Einziger posted, he shares the following details:

“My wife and I have been building a skin-related biotech company for the past several years and the result of our innovation is a new anti-aging skincare brand @bymotherscience launching 5/9

Upon visiting the website for Mother Science, there are no major details shared regarding Einziger’s company and what specific products/services will be offered. That said, the site does mention: “Be the first to experience a breakthrough in skincare.”

At this time, you can sign up through the website to be kept up to date on the company’s happenings.

The official launch of Einziger and his wife’s company will be on May 9th.

It is interesting to hear what other passions metal musicians have outside of music; interestingly, this past February, Adam Swan, the former bassist for Monuments, decided to pursue a career in agriculture. You can learn more about this story by following the link below.
