Over the past few weeks, alongside Mastodon and Lorna Shore, Gojira has been on the road as part of “The Mega-Monsters Tour.”
Throughout its run, the tour has proven to be one hell of an exhilarating experience. And recently, Gojira decided to spice things up by bringing out a special guest on stage.
During a recent stop in Richmond, VA, Gojira invited their dear friend Randy Blythe out on stage to perform the song “Backbone” together. “Backbone” is a track from Gojira’s 2005 studio album, From Mars to Sirius.
If you want to check out this amazing moment for yourself, you can find some fan-captured footage of the performance below.
Also below, you will find the remaining dates for Gojira, Mastodon, and Lorna Shore’s “Mega-Monsters Tour.” The tour’s first leg will be concluding on May 11th in Reading, PA; the second leg of the tour will kick off on August 9th in Cincinnati, OH.
