Indeed this is true, for Cradle of Filth frontman Dani Filth makes a couple of appearances in a brand new Ed Sheeran documentary that was just recently released on Disney’s streaming platform. The documentary, titled Ed Sheeran: The Sum Of It All, is a four-part docuseries that explores various moments in the pop star’s life.
Over on Instagram, Filth shared a clip from this documentary where Sheeran talks about his collab with Cradle of Filth.
Per the footage Filth shared, at one point during the documentary, Sheeran’s wife Cherry Seaborn is talking to the camera; a door can be heard closing near her, and in walks Sheeran (who happens to be rocking a Cradle of Filth hoodie).
Seaborn asks Sheeran how his day has been, and the pop star replies with:
The documentary then cuts to footage of frontman Dani Filth screaming on stage. When the documentary returns to Sheeran, the pop star goes on to add:
“It’s random, cause he’s [referring to Dani Filth] in a hardcore metal band, but he’s from Suffolk and loves Christmas.”
The documentary then once again shows more footage of Filth performing live and screaming.
It is startling for sure to hear that Cradle of Filth’s Dani Filth makes an appearance in a Disney+ documentary – wonder how many Ed Sheeran fans are going to be caught by surprise to hear the metal vocalist’s iconic shriek.
