This past January, Metallica released the second single off their upcoming album 72 Seasons, “Screaming Suicide.”

Prior to the release of this single, the band released the track “Lux Æterna,” and now it seems like they may be teasing the release of a third single on the way.

On the Metallica TikTok account, over the past couple of days, a couple of random videos have been uploaded; one features drummer Lars Ulrich jamming out by himself, while another features that same video with Ulrich, but now with a video of bassist Robert Trujillo jamming out alongside him.

Then, as of today, a new video has been uploaded featuring those previous videos together, as well as new footage involving frontman James Hetfield jamming alongside his bandmates. What came across as random uploads are now starting to take form with each new video addition – this sounds like a new Metallica song.

Perhaps the last piece of the puzzle will involve a video featuring guitarist Kirk Hammett (which could possibly be uploaded tomorrow).

Of course, if there is a new Metallica song, we will let you know right away. If you are interested in checking out this new teaser featuring three of the members of Metallica, you can find that video below.

With February coming to a close, the new Metallica album 72 Seasons is just around the corner; its official release is April 14th.
