Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin is no stranger when it comes to trouble with the law. Scantlin has been arrested multiple times throughout his life, with some charges involving drug possession and violence.
And as of more recently, the Puddle of Mudd frontman was arrested once again.
As reported by RadarOnline.com, Scantlin was arrested by LAPD this past Monday and sent to jail on misdemeanor trespassing charges.
Allegedly, Scantlin showed up at an old home of his that he had lost due to a foreclosure, and he apparently was harassing folks.
A person who lives in Scantlin’s old home came out of the house to find Scantlin parked outside and sitting in a Hummer. And allegedly, Scantlin got out at some point and started harassing the maid who works at the home, saying that he had returned to take his house back.
The person who lives in Scantlin’s old home recorded a TikTok video of Scantlin chilling in his Hummer. Per the onscreen text they provided with the video, they share the following:
“When you walk down your driveway to catch an Uber and find a stranger camped outside and then realize it’s a famous rock singer who had his house foreclosed on (and has been arrested several times before) and was coming back to claim the house so you have to call the police bc he begins to threaten the maid you hired and then he gets arrested bc turns out he has an active order against him”
Scantlin was eventually arrested and his bail was set to $1,000; that said, the bail has been paid and Scantlin has been released from jail.
You’d think by now that Scantlin would have learned a lesson or two, but no, this is yet another incident Scantlin can add to his long history of arrests.
