Between working with guitarist Nita Strauss, crowd surfing at a Dimmu Borgir concert, and being a big fan of Job For A Cowboy and Abigail Williams, popstar Demi Lovato has proven herself to be quite the metalhead.

Another metal band that Lovato is fond of is the nu-metal act Disturbed, whose music was featured on her Instagram lately.

For Valentine’s Day, Lovato posted some photos and a video featuring herself and her partner (who is the rapper Jutes).

When it comes to the video that was uploaded, Lovato and Jutes are playfully dancing with one another to the tune of Disturbed’s “Down With The Sickness.”

It makes for one hell of an adorable and comedic combination to see the lovebirds playfully dancing while some nu-metal is raging on.

Disturbed frontman David Draiman caught wind of Lovato sharing the band’s song and re-shared her video. Alongside that video, he wrote the following caption:

“@ddlovato getting down with the sickness”

If you are curious to check out that video for yourself, you can find it below.

Speaking of Demi Lovato, she has a new song on the way that was produced and co-written by Linkin Park member Mike Shinoda. This new track from Lovato and Shinoda is for the upcoming horror movie Scream VI and it will be released on March 3rd.

And speaking of Disturbed, you can find the dates for their upcoming North American tour below.
