It’s never easy when a band member leaves.
While the band still had praise for their drummer’s work, Silveria was not going to go quietly.
“He is a coward with a big mouth and he knows I would beat his ass like the little wimp that he is. Sorry guys. Fieldy has acted like a tough guy for so long it’s nice to tell the truth. Not only is he NOT a tough guy but he’s a cowardly little bitch. He never tried to fight me cuz he knows I would squash him like a bug.”
According to Silveria, both Fieldy and Jonathan Davis are responsible for the drama unfolding in Korn saying,
“It’s all nonsense because there is no reason for them to be asshole drama control freaks. Fieldy and Jon had drama almost daily. I never wanted anything to do with their stupid nonsense. I just wanted to enjoy being a rock star and rock the world drama free! Before I left the band [Fieldy] became a Christian but he just really became a judgmental self-righteous idiot.”
Since Silveria’s exit in 2006, Davis has ruled out a possibility of jamming with him again saying,
“I don’t wanna say any negative stuff, but where we’re at right now is perfect and Ray [Luzier] is an amazing drummer. He fits in good and doesn’t have any typical drummer’s complexes.”
While a reunion might not be in the cards, Fieldy does want to make amends with Silveria at some point saying (21:05),
“I don’t have a problem with him. Even if he has a problem with me.”d
Korn might still bring the pain wherever they play, but fans shouldn’t hold their breath about the Family Values lineup getting back together.
