As shared by the folks over at Guitar World, someone has created an all-robot band capable of playing metal.

Going by the name of One Hacker Band over on Instagram, an individual has engineered robots to play different instruments. Watching this band perform music is both captivating and fucking surreal.

Among the songs that this robot band has performed, they have covered the likes of Metallica‘s “Enter Sandman,” Michael Jackson’s “Beat It,” as well as Nirvana‘s “Smells Like Teen Spirit.”

The band does not feature any humanoid-looking robots, but the animatronics that are present are attached to a variety of instruements.

You can check out several videos involving the band’s performances below. If you found out an all-robot band was performing a live show near you, would you attend?

What do you think of such technology? How do you feel about technology such as AI-generated music and music videos?

But One Hacker Band is not the only all-robot performing band.

“CAPTURED! BY ROBOTS” also includes all robotic beings performing instruments.

The band has music over on their Bandcamp page that you can check out (and honestly, they sound fucking awesome). Their latest release, as noted on their Bandcamp account, is titled Broken As Fuck.

Um, here is a band of robots trained to play metal... and they rip.

Also, if you are in the mood to check out some AI-generated metal music videos, you will find links to some incredible works below.
