Puscifer has released a new music video as part of their “A Singularity (Re-imagined by Carina Round)” series. This series is meant to promote the upcoming Existential Reckoning: Re-Wired, which is “a track-by-track re-imagination” of the band’s recent album, Existential Reckoning.
This new video was directed by none other than A Perfect Circle member Billy Howerdel.
Earlier this month, as part of this video series, the band released a music video that paid tribute to Maynard James Keenan‘s dog MiHo. Speaking to this new video directed by Howerdel, Keenan shares the following:
“Upon hearing Carina’s rewire of ‘A Singularity,’ many of our extended family were moved and wanted to submit their own version of an accompanying video/film. I couldn’t decide which to use, so screw it. We’ll be releasing them one at a time over the next few weeks. Hope you enjoy them as much as we did.”
Speaking of the inspiration behind this new video, Howerdel shares the following:
“In making this music video it was easy to get pulled into the landscape of this track. It screams of stillness, beauty and discourse. I barely made it back to earth.”
