Kids just want to be left alone sometimes while they are trying to relax or play; or in one little girl’s case, when she is trying to put on makeup and listen to Metallica‘s “Master of Puppets.”
As shared by the folks over at Loudwire, a comedic video has been uploaded to TikTok that features a mom trying to get the attention of her little daughter, but that daughter is much more interested in what Metallica has to say.
In the video, the mom makes her way over to the daughter’s room and sees the child playing around with makeup. The kid has music on and mom recognizes the song.
“Are you listening to Metallica?” mom asks the kid.
The child replies “Yes,” then follows up by sharing that she is in the midst of doing her makeup and brushes off her mom.
The mom is startled by the daughter’s reply but ultimately acknowledges how much the kid is like her (providing the following text onscreen: “She’s definitely my kid”).
