The Black Dahlia Murder Announce First Tour Since Trevor Strnad's Passing

The Black Dahlia Murder has announced its first US tour since the passing of Trevor Strnad.

News of Strnad’s passing devastated the metal community; the late Black Dahlia Murder singer was a beautiful presence in the metal world, constantly trying to shine a light on smaller bands in the scene.

Months later, The Black Dahlia Murder took part in a Decibel feature where they confirmed their future plans. Within that feature, they confirmed that band guitarist Brian Eschbach would be taking on the role of frontman.

The band also confirmed they would be playing at the 2023 Decibel Metal & Beer Fest. Back in October of 2022, the band played a show in Detroit, MI, with Eschbach making his live debut as the band’s frontman.

Now, the band has announced a new headlining tour starting this April.

The Verminous Remnant Tour 2023 will kick off with the band’s performance at the Decibel Metal & Beer Fest on April 14th and will conclude on May 26th in Minneapolis, MN.

Accompanying the band on this tour are Terror, Frozen Soul, Fuming Mouth, and Phobophilic.

Tickets for this tour go on sale this Friday (January 20th).
