As of today, Ghost has announced a special event that promises hardcore fans one hell of a captivating experience.

As reported by Revolver, this event will be presented by Metal Myths and is called “Ghost: Reverence and Resurrection.”

Ghost: Reverence and Resurrection is meant to serve as an immersive experience playing into the fictional lore surrounding the band. Per that lore, this event is meant to reflect on and celebrate the band’s supposed forgotten 1969 iteration, who wrote awesome hits and was fronted by Papa Nihil.

The band performed at The Whiskey A Go-Go, but then disappeared from the scene; but now, rare footage and memorabilia associated with the band have been unearthed.

This event is meant to be a fun, playful experience for those hardcore fans who are looking for a unique way to celebrate Ghost.

Per the description associated with the event’s trailer:

“We wish to inform you Metal Myths returns to where it all started…the Sunset Strip. On Wednesday, February 1st, at The Whisky A Go Go, from 4 PM PT until late, Metal Myths have curated the archival exhibition Ghost: Reverence and Resurrection.”

If you happen to be in the area and are a fan of the band, you do not want to miss out on this fascinating immersive experience.

You can find a trailer for this upcoming event below. Also below, you will find a link to our interview with Tobias Forge from last year; we spoke to the Ghost frontman about the band’s latest record, his creative process, and more.

When it comes to other Ghost-related stories, have you heard the new version of the band’s song “Spillways”? It features guest vocals from Def Leppard guitarist Joe Elliott. Also, Forge recently talked about what it is like to navigate criticism from haters on social media. Forge also claims that Judas Priest is a pop band.
