2018’s Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse is easily one of the best comic book movies to have come out in recent years, and fans are super excited for the upcoming Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. While a brief teaser trailer came out some time ago, a longer trailer for the film has been released as of today!

This new Marvel movie will feature Miles Morales (voiced by Shameik Moore), Gwen Stacey (Hailee Steinfeld), Peter B. Parker (Jake Johnson), Jessica Drew/Spider-Woman (Issa Rae), Hobart “Hobie” Brown/Spider-Punk (Daniel Kaluuya), and Oscar Isaac voicing Miguel O’Hara (aka, Spider-Man 2099).

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse’s premise is as follows: “Miles Morales returns for the next chapter of the Oscar® winning Spider-Verse saga, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. After reuniting with Gwen Stacy, Brooklyn’s full-time, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man is catapulted across the Multiverse, where he encounters a team of Spider-People charged with protecting its very existence. But when the heroes clash on how to handle a new threat, Miles finds himself pitted against the other Spiders and must redefine what it means to be a hero so he can save the people he loves most.”

Much like the first film, this follow-up looks to be an extraordinary work of animation. You can check out the film’s new trailer via the video player below. It will be awesome to see all the various Spider-people that will be featured in this film. Among all the new characters, it will be really cool to see Spider-Punk and Spider-Man 2099 in action.
