As reported by TMZ, the Calabasas home of Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee was burglarized. Some items belonging to Lee were stolen.
Cops reached out to Lee last week that a burglary had taken place at his home; thankfully, no one was in the house when the burglar(s) broke in. Tommy is actually trying to sell the place. TMZ has been told that someone tried to break into the home through a back glass door and ended up trashing the inside of the house. Apparently, a bunch of glass was smashed, and the combined total of damages and stolen items are estimated at around $5000.
When it comes to what personal items of Lee’s were stolen, it is noted that some cabinet handles and a bathroom mirror were taken from the property. Per Blabbermouth‘s reporting of this story, this house was initially put on the market back in April 2016; after decreasing the asking price several times and even removing it from the market at one point, the last noted asking price of the house is $4,599,000 (as of September 2022). Tommy Lee bought the house at $5.85 million.
That sucks that someone broke in and destroyed a bunch of stuff, but we are glad to hear that Lee and his family were not around during this burglary. Below we have included a video from 2020 that features a tour of this home.
