There is a “metal puppet act” called Bullicio Puppets that performs concerts for little kids, resulting in experiences that are both heartwarming and badass! Bullicio Puppets was created by Fabian R Salazar Albornoz, who performs with a puppet named Jack Distortion. Fabian does not perform songs himself, but will play songs from other bands (over a speaker) and have Jack Distortion move about as if he is playing the guitar and singing to said songs.
Via some recent videos that have been uploaded to “Jack Distortion’s TikTok account,” you will find footage pertaining to Fabian’s recent performances. Playing to large groups of children, Fabian and Jack perform songs from Metallica, Slayer, Slipknot, and more.
While this idea of playing metal to small kids sounds great on paper, it is a whole other thing to see how the kids actually react to the music – they love it! Via the footage you will find below, you will see the kids losing their friggin’ minds, jumping and headbanging with excitement as Jack Distortion plays songs from a variety of metal acts. Honestly, it is hilarious as hell to see these small children get stirred up to start a circle pit as Slipknot’s “People = Shit” is playing.
