Throughout the years, frontman Corey Taylor has had several Slipknot masks. Each Maggot has their own personal favorite Corey Taylor mask, but the real question is – What is Corey’s favorite Slipknot mask?
During a recent Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything) that the Slipknot frontman took part in, one Reddit user asked Corey what is personal favorite mask is. Can you guess what he said? Was it his mask from the beginning of the band? His mask during The Subliminal Verses era? His All Hope Is Gone mask? Maybe the mask he had before his new one?
Well, considering all of the Corey Taylor masks, the Slipknot frontman’s personal favorite is: The one he is wearing now! Per the Reddit AMA, when asked this question, he bluntly writes back, “this one.”

There you have it folks, Corey’s personal favorite Slipknot mask, among his own, is his most recent mask. Elsewhere in the Reddit thread, when asked what other Slipknot masks he is into, he gives a shout out to Slipknot turntablist Sid Wilson, saying that Wilson’s mask is “ridicks.”

Regarding Taylor’s new mask, did you know it was completed in one-take and by a Slipknot fan? Back this past March, Taylor talked about the creation of his new mask, sharing in part: “My new [mask is] pretty rad. I really sat down and tried to figure out… I worked with a guy named Conor Deless. He’s a young kid; he’s actually a fan. And I can remember laying out traits that I wanted to see and a lot of the stuff that inspired him. And when he sent me the preliminary sculpt — he didn’t even sketch it out; he sent me a tiny sculpt — and it was so killer that I was, like, ‘Yes. That’s it.’”
