For a lot of us growing up in the ’90s and early aughts, it was near impossible to not experience the music of Blink-182. Even if you are not that wild into pop-punk, the band’s material offers an incredible air of fun and playfulness that’s tough to ignore.
For a while now, the status of the band has been in an awkward place; guitarist and vocalist Tom DeLonge left Blink in 2015, bassist and vocalist Mark Hoppus was diagnosed with cancer back in 2021 (later that year he was declared cancer free), and the band’s last studio album was that of 2019’s Nine. That said, if you have been itching for some Blink-182 action, then we have some good news to share with you!
As of today, the band have announced some major news – that being an epic tour! The band has reunited with Tom and will be touring through North America come May 2023. Joining them on this tour, Blink have tapped that of hardcore act Turnstile as support. Tickets go on sale to the public Monday October 17th.
