You have seen the AI generated music videos for Metallica’s “Enter Sandman” and Soundgarden’s “Black Hole Sun,” but are you prepared for an AI generated music video involving the Cannibal Corpse song “Hammer Smashed Face”?

“Hammer Smashed Face” is easily one of the most iconic songs that the death metal legends have ever created; it is one of the songs off of the band’s 1992 studio album, Tomb of the Mutilated.

As shared by the folks over at Louder, a YouTube user by the name of Lars von Retriever decided to take the classic Cannibal Corpse track and use AI technology to create a music video for it. However, this music video has an interesting twist to it.

Given that this is a Cannibal Corpse song, it goes without saying that the visuals associated with this music video are very gory. That said… this YouTube user also got the AI tech to weave in imagery from the hit animated show, The Simpsons. Yeah, this is the Cannibal Corpse and Simpsons collab none of us expected. You can check out the AI generated music video for “Homer Smashed Face” below.

In other Cannibal Corpse news, and related to “Hammer Smashed Face” – many metalheads know that the iconic song made a cameo in the movie Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, but did you know the band almost did not appear in the movie?

Cannibal Corpse Initially Declined Being in Ace Ventura, But Fanboy Jim Carrey Insisted

Earlier this year, after ex-Cannibal Corpse singer Chris Barnes said a lot of shit about the modern death metal scene, current Cannibal Corpse frontman George “Corpsegrinder” Fisher spoke to how proud he is of the scene.
