Via a post over on his Instagram account, band drummer Brooks Wackerman alluded to when the new Avenged Sevenfold album will be out.

It has been six years since the band have released a new studio album; their most recent album is that of 2016’s The Stage. Many throughout the metal and rock communities have been eagerly anticipating the arrival of the band’s eighth studio album. Earlier this year, the band shared that the album was “90%” completed and featured a 78-piece orchestra. Back in August, the band provided a fun snippet of guitarist Synyster Gates beatboxing (teasing whether or not the new Avenged Sevenfold album will include beatboxing or not).

The band also recently revealed a new virtual gaming world of theirs, while also sharing that they are finishing up their new record. But as of a day ago, Avenged Sevenfold drummer Brooks Wackerman shared a post of a drum kit, while also dropping a hint regarding the band’s upcoming new album. Per the caption associated with his Instagram post, Wackerman wrote the following:

“ladies and gentlemen- The A7X studio kit brought to you by all streaming services and tiny devices next year”

Below you can find that post from Wackerman that features his drum kit. How excited are you for the band’s upcoming new record? Among their current discography, what is your personal favorite A7X album? At the time of this writing, the band have released the following albums:
