For you horror fans out there, did you know that we have a brand new Hellraiser movie on the way! The original Hellraiser film was released in 1987, and this new film is meant to be a reboot. It is also the 11th installment in the horror franchise.

As reported by Bloody Disgusting, David Bruckner is the film’s director and actress Jamie Clayton is playing that of the iconic Pinhead. The new Hellraiser movie received a rating of “R”; the movie received this rating due to:

“Strong bloody horror violence and gore, language throughout, some sexual content, and brief graphic nudity.”

This next Hellraiser movie will also be appearing on Hulu. At the time of this writing, we do not have a release date for the film (hopefully we will get to watch it sometime this year). Are you a fan of Hellraiser? How excited are you for this film?

In other horror movie related news, we will be getting a new Crow movie at some point! It has been confirmed that the lead for this new Crow movie is none other than Bill Skarsgård. If that name rings any bells, it might be because you’ve heard his name in a pretty popular horror movie called IT.

We also have a new Evil Dead coming out! The premise is as follows (per the film’s Wikipedia):

“In the fifth Evil Dead film, a road-weary Beth pays an overdue visit to her older sister Ellie, who is raising three kids on her own in a cramped L.A. apartment. The sisters’ reunion is cut short by the discovery of a mysterious book deep in the bowels of Ellie’s building, giving rise to flesh-possessing demons, and thrusting Beth into a primal battle for survival as she is faced with the most nightmarish version of motherhood imaginable.”
