For those of you who enjoy post-hardcore music, you should be tuning into L.S. Dunes (a new supergroup). The band features members from My Chemical Romance, Coheed and Cambria, Circa Survive, and Thursday. The band have a new album coming out this November titled Past Lives; they just put out a new single and – HOLY SHIT – is it heavy and catchy as fuck.
This single is called “Permeant Rebellion” and it catches you by surprise big time. While the verses tend to be relatively restrained and smooth, when the hook comes in – let’s just say you should be ready for one hell of a jolt of energy and adrenaline.
L.S. Dunes is: guitarist Frank Iero (My Chemical Romance), guitarist Travis Stever (Coheed and Cambria), vocalist Anthony Green (Circa Survive), bassist Tim Payne (Thursday), and drummer Tucker Rule (Thursday).
You can check out L.S. Dunes’ “Permeant Rebellion” below. The band is also hitting the road soon as part of a new tour; they will be making their live debut at this year’s Riot Fest (located in Chicago). You can find all their upcoming North American tour dates and locations below. You can also pre-order the band’s upcoming album Past Lives via this link here. We have also included the tracklist associated with Past Lives below as well.
