While a new trailer recently came out pertaining to Paramount+’s Beavis and Butt-Head show, there is also a brand new preview available to watch! We have checked out this preview already and, without a doubt, it is delightfully dumb and comical. Per the description associated with this preview:
“The iconic animated duo of Beavis and Butt-Head are back and dumber than ever! The ’90s pop-culture phenomenons return, voiced by creator Mike Judge, to confound common sense, torment each other, and showcase some of the dumbest comedy imaginable. Mike Judge’s Beavis and Butt-Head is streaming August 4th, exclusively on Paramount+!”
In the preview (you can find the video below), Beavis is shouting at a literal dumpster fire with pure excitement; said fire than manifests into some sort of supernatural presence, who then says it has been waiting for him. There then comes a goofy flashback that features a younger Beavis and Butt-Head. We won’t spoil the whole preview for you, but we sincerely recommend checking it out if you are a Beavis and Butt-Head fan – it is goofy gold.
If you haven’t checked it out yet, we also recommend watching the new Beavis and Butt-Head movie! We actually reviewed the film, and while it does have some issues, we personally found it to be an overall blast! “For years we have been enduring a constant cycle of reboots and remakes, with a plethora of works making sure to ‘wink at the audience’ and clue them in on the revamped nostalgia they are taking in. The self-aware nature of modern Hollywood movies has become tiresome, but thankfully, Beavis and Butt-Head: Do The Universe avoids such irksome presentation. It very much embraces and expresses what Beavis and Butt-Head were in the ’90s (for better and worse).”
The new Beavis and Butt-Head show will be available on Paramount+ come August 4th.
