Back in June, GWAR released their fifteenth studio album, The New Dark Ages. As of today, a new GWAR graphic novel has been released (said book is called GWAR In the Duoverse of Absurdity). To celebrate the release of the new record and graphic novel, the band have announced a new North American tour! Per a press release associated with this news, band singer Blothar the Berserker shares the following:
“Long ago, GWAR broke the frame of what a rock concert can be. We’ve pushed the envelope of live performance for decades, but this time around, we wanted to do something different. This is the first GWAR show conceived to go along with a graphic novel and an album, all working together as one massive hunk of hot steaming shock rock performance ART!
