There is a new AI technology that will allow you to create nightmarish images by entering in various prompts; we tested out this tech by entering in the names of famous metal artists and yeah… things got creepy.
More than likely, while scrolling through Facebook or Twitter, you have probably seen various versions of these creepy images. These images come from an AI technology called DALL·E Mini; this technology was created by Boris Dayma. What DALL·E Mini essentially does is create a variety of images based off prompts you write into a search bar. So for example, if you were to write in SpongeBob, you would get several images associated with that prompt.
However, as you will see below… the images end up being quite, unnerving.
Pretty weird right? Well given the results of our initial Spongebob test, we wanted to see what else DALL·E Mini could offer. So, we decided to enter several prompts based on famous metal artists (specifically by writing in the name for each artist). The metal artists we entered into DALL·E Mini are:
Ghost singer Tobias Forge
Korn singer Jonathan Davis
Iron Maiden singer Bruce Dickinson
Slipknot singer Corey Taylor
You can find all our results below, but be warned, some of these images are real creepy!
If you are interested in trying out the AI technology DALL·E Mini for yourself, follow this link here and give it a go! Do keep in mind that some prompt efforts may not work out super well; we tried entering Randy Blythe from Lamb Of God as one of our results, and we ended up getting some random dude. We also attempted “Iron Maiden Eddie” (looking to see what that might bring up regarding the mascot), and the AI tech couldn’t perform the task.
