System of a Down singer Serj Tankian has recently joined the already stacked cast of metal vocalists who are part of the video game Metal: Hellsinger.
For those who don’t know, Metal: Hellsinger is a rhythm based first-person shooter that features awesome horror imagery and a plethora of kick ass heavy metal songs.
It was recently announced that System of a Down singer Serj Tankian will be lending his vocal talents to the game. The System of a Down singer joins an already stacked roster of killer metal singers; those metal singers include the following:
Lamb of God singer Randy Blythe, Arch Enemy singer Alissa White-Gluz, Trivium singer Matt Heafy, Dark Tranquillity singer Mikael Stanne, Soilwork singer Björn Strid, Jinjer singer Tatiana Shmailyuk, and that of Black Crown Initiate singer James Dorton.
Tankian has lent his vocals to a song titled “No Tomorrow”; he shared news of his contribution to the heavy metal video game via his Instagram account, sharing footage of the game alongside this caption:
“Excited to announce that a song I worked on with the game’s music composers will be part of Metal:Hellsinger, a new rhythm based shooter game that will be released on PC, PS5 and XBOX series X|S later this year.
