Have you ever wanted to be Slipknot singer Corey Taylor and wield a giant trident? Well now you can folks.

That is because Slipknot have teamed up with the people who created the video game SMITE and have had their likeness entered into the game!

For those unaware, SMITE is a free-to-play multiplayer game where players can take on a plethora of different avatars and do battle with one another.

As of today, a partnership has been announced between SMITE and nu metal legends Slipknot where you will be able to play as members from the band’s current lineup. Below you will find the trailer that features the band in their new battle attire and weapons (and of course, still rocking their iconic Slipknot masks).

You will be able to play as the nine nu metal artists with the next SMITE update, which per the trailer’s title, looks to be sometime this month.

Are you pumped to wage battle in the form of Sid Wilson, Jim Root, and Shawn Crahan?
