Jackass star Bam Margera recently took to social media to celebrate completing one year of rehab.
The Jackass star has been struggling with substance abuse for a long time, and has been in and out of rehab facilities dating as far back as 2015.
But per two recent Instagram posts made by Bam Margera, the Jackass star has completed one year of rehab. One of the posts features Margera in black and white, holding up his hand, with a written statement on his palm reading, “1 year!” The caption associated with that photo states, ONE YEAR of treatment!🤘💜 #fuCKYeah #bamsback #bamsfree”
The other post involves a video (and very heartwarming moment) where Bam Margera meets up with wife and child; Margera then takes his kid to a nearby apartment and surprises him with a plethora of fun gifts. The caption associated with that video reads as:
“Home sweet home, with Phoenix and @nikkib124.🤘💜#fuCKYeah #bamsback #bamsfree”
In the video particularly, you can sense a joy coming from Margera. Addiction is horrible and can cause absolute hell on people’s lives; Margera has been struggling for so long now, and we hope that he has found some peace and will continue to find greater peace.
Per a TMZ article, Bam Margera shared that he will continue attending outpatient treatment classes over the next couple months. We wish you the best Bam.
