With Randy Blythe of Lamb of God still needing to isolate after testing positive for COVID, Joe Badolato of Fit For An Autopsy stepped in last night to fill in for the role of Lamb of God singer.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Lamb of God singer Randy Blythe tested positive for COVID and would need to step away from performing for an uncertain amount of time. Since then, the band have had the likes of Mark Hunter from ChimairaTrivium singer Matt Heafy, and In Flames singer Anders Fridén step in to help cover vocal duties. There was one night on the tour where the band were unable to play at all due to not finding a temporary vocalist.

For last night’s show however, Joe Badolato of deathcore outfit Fit For An Autopsy was recruited to perform alongside Lamb of God. From the looks of the video below that features Badolato covering the band’s song “Laid To Rest” – he more than delivered.

You can find the video of Fit For An Autopsy singer Joe Badolato covering the Lamb of God song “Laid To Rest” below. Let us know what you think of his performance.

At the time of this writing, there is no telling when Randy Blythe will return to the stage. More on this story as it develops.
