While Lucie Johnson, a Guns N’ Roses super-fan, was out and about taking a random stroll one day, she happened to cross paths with someone she didn’t expect to meet.
Johnson is a hardcore fan of Guns N’ Roses, and while she was taking a walk one day, she ended up meeting that of Guns N’ Roses singer Axl Rose. Talk about some wild luck!
Lucie Johnson took to her Instagram to share some photos of meeting the Guns N’ Roses singer Axl Rose, as well as some videos of her performing karaoke involving Guns N’ Roses songs. Per Johnson’s Instagram post:
“Can’t believe what happened tonight! Cross this off the bucket list So…I met Axl Rose of one of my favorite bands @gunsnroses tonight! We spoke briefly about music, and he gave me a hug & it all just happened so fast. Still can’t believe it.Signed my album cover. Was freakin awesome. I’m obsessed with them and have been working on the guitar solos and have been playing their album 24/7. Loving the SoCal Life!! *Got the album at @amoebahollywood~ love Amoeba @mariarlengua”

It isn’t everyday that a fan gets to meet an artist they enjoy or look up to. It is awesome that Lucie Johnson got to have that opportunity!

In other Guns N’ Roses related news, the band’s hit song, “Sweet Child O’ Mine” was recently featured in the trailer for the upcoming Marvel movie, Thor: Love And Thunder. “Sweet Child O’ Mine” is a song off the band’s 1987 debut studio album, Appetite for Destruction. That also happens to be the album that Johnson was carrying with her when she met Axl Rose.
