Today marks the 71st birthday of ex-Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley; while reaching out to his ex-bandmate to wish him a Happy Birthday, Kiss bassist Gene Simmons invited Frehley to rejoin the band as part of the Kiss End of the Road World Tour.
Via a tweet he wrote to that of ex-Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley, Kiss bassist Gene Simmons said:
“Happy Birthday Ace @ace_frehley. And many more…The invitations still stand. Jump up on stage with us for encores. The fans would love it.”

Ace Frehley was part of Kiss from 1973 to 1982; he then rejoined the band in 1996, and played with them up until 2002. Frehley was part of the original Kiss line up, so having him rejoin the band for this major tour would be a huge deal for Kiss fans.
In the past, Frehley has shared that he would be open to playing in the band again. Do you hope Frehley takes Simmons’ offer?
