The 2022 Metal Tour Of The Year looks to be one of the most epic runs in metal. With the forces of Lamb of God, Megadeth, Trivium, and In Flames coming together – metalheads can expect a riveting trek of ferociously fun and rip-roaring metal.

Along with this awesome tour though, the 2022 Metal Tour Of The Year has also brought us metalheads another great surprise. Two bands from the tour – being that of Lamb of God and Megadeth – will be releasing a cover of the Megadeth classic “Wake Up Dead.” The song will feature Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine, along with all four members of the current band lineup.

The song will make its official release tomorrow, but you can check it out today via SiriusXM Liquid Metal with Jose Mangin. Per a statement from Lamb of God, pertaining to the song and the 2022 Metal Tour Of The Year, “We hope everybody enjoys this one and we can’t wait to see everyone on the road soon!”
