During a recent show on the All That Remains tour, a woman was taken out of the show via EMTs, and now band frontman Phil Labonte is trying to send that fan a care package.

Massachusetts metalcore act All That Remains kicked off their new tour this past Saturday. On this tour, the band will be playing their record The Fall Of Ideals in full, and is accompanied by Miss May I, Varials, and Tallah.

Per the All That Remains Instagram account, the band shared a video of Labonte reaching out to fans and asking for assistance. Yesterday, March 13th, the band played in Burlington, VT, where a woman was supposed to attend a fan meet and greet. Labonte says that while the woman paid for the meet and greet, she was not able to attend due to something wrong and being taken out of the venue by EMTs.

In an act of kindness and acknowledging the fan’s efforts to meet the band, Labonte is asking fans if they know who the woman is so he can send her a care package. This is a real cool move, and if you happened to have been at the show and know the fan who couldn’t make the meet and greet, let Labonte know!
