There’s much anticipation surrounding the upcoming new record from Coheed and Cambria, Vaxis – Act II: A Window of the Waking Mind. As a follow up to 2018’s Vaxis – Act I: The Unheavenly Creatures, the record will continue the story of frontman Claudio Sanchez’s Amory Wars comic concept. At this time, the band have released three new singles off the album, being “Shoulders,” “Rise, Naianasha (Cut the Cord),” and “The Liars Club” (the latter which just came out today). While Coheed and Cambria are currently on tour with Sheer Mag – the tour started February 16th and will conclude on March 19th – the band have just announced another major tour, titled, “A Window of the Waking Mind Tour.” With special guests Dance Gavin Dance and Mothica, the tour will start July 12th in Miami, FL at the FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park and conclude August 17th in Troutdale, OR at McMenamins Edgefield.
