Korn Post Cryptic Teaser Video, Offer Secret Download of New Drum Tracks

Published on:

Back in November, nu-metal legends Korn announced their upcoming new album Requiem, along with the first single “Start the Healing.” Now, the band have posted a cryptic video which in turn leads fans to a free download of some of their new drum tracks.

The video, which appeared first on the band’s Instagram, features one of several hands squeezing a doll’s face like a stress ball, a la the cover of the new album. While the IG video has no audio, following its prompt to Korn’s website reveals a similar image, with the lyric, “Pulling away this veil, I see…” Clicking on that lyric automatically downloads an mp4 file for a track named “Now,” which gives fans 30 seconds of new drumming, which we assume will be on Requiem (for the record, there is no track on the album titled “Now”).
