Watch Lzzy Hale and Members of Code Orange, Baroness, and More Cover Pantera’s “Mouth for War”

It’s been a hot second since we checked in with those rambunctious nose-pickers over at Two Minutes to Late Night, whose insane, star-studded cover song series made our quarantine worthwhile. And while we know what you’re thinking — Aren’t those guys really just a series of social media accounts at this point? They’ve been on Twitter an awful lot — it appears that Gwarsenio Hall and Co. are still putting together impressive line-ups of otherwise-unemployed musicians to perform rad-ass covers of metal classics. Case in point, the team have just released an impressive rendition of Pantera’s “Mouth for War” featuring an incredible line-up of artists.

In honor of National Women’s Month (we think?), the Two live crew have assembled a pretty rad collection of female artists for this cover: on guitar, you’ve got Reba Meyers and Gina Gleason of Code Orange and Baroness respectively; on bass is Madison Watkins of Year Of The Knife; and on vocals is none other than Lzzy Hale of hard rock ass-kickers Halestorm. Providing drums and back-up guitar are the lowly Y-chromosome-tainted Gwarsenio and Ben Koller of Mutoid Man.

Check out the cover below:

And if this one doesn’t get you raring to kick some misogynist ass, watch one of Two Minutes‘ other covers:

And make sure to donate to the Two Minutes to Late Night Patreon so they can keep making these incredible cover videos!
