Without a doubt, the most famous song in the history of the Internet is Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up.” The absolutely ridiculous ’80s pop hit became the video one led naive people to when they thirstily clicked a link that said something like ‘You’ll never BELIEVE how many hot dogs Danzig ate at this church picnic!’ But it turns out that Astley himself is a fan of heavy music — or at least has a solid sense of humor — as indicated by this TikTok where he vamps to Slipknot‘s “Duality.”

The video is actually from back in January — I know, how did Metal Internet miss this until now — and bears the caption, “On this last day of Christmas, I bring you, Slipknot! #slipknot #ricktok #rickastley #fyp” The video, meanwhile, includes Rick in a trenchcoat and snowman mask, performing with seeming accuracy the main guitar part from “Duality.” In fact, Rick’s guitar playing and knowledge of the song are almost too accurate. Wait a second…is Rick Astley actually Tortilla Man?

Watch Rick Astley prove he’s no stranger to ‘Knot below:

For the record, fans can watch Slipknot’s “Duality” video here.

While this video is pretty fantastic, it might be the second-most-awesome Slipknot-related video we’ve seen online this year. No. 1 almost certainly goes to the guy who mashed up the Twisted Tea Face Smash with Clown’s keg hits on “Duality.” It’s not that watching Rick fucking Astley pout around the “Duality” isn’t amazing, just that watching a racist dude get his shit rocked for shouting the N-word will always be our favorite thing to look at online. If it had existed, we’d have shown it at our bar mitzvah.

You can watch that video on Facebook and cackle like a bastard.
