German industrial metallers Rammstein are definitely making it clear that they’ve got something in the works. Only last week, the band officially confirmed they were in the studio with a photo on their social media. Now, they’ve posted a video showing the band members in the act of recording.
The video, posted to Rammstein’s IGTV, shows Christoph “Doom” Schneider playing drums at La Fabrique studio in France, where last year’s massive album was recorded. It also reveals the sheer number of books surrounding Rammstein at all times during the recording process, which one assumes turns the studio into a sauna of creativity.

More on Rammstein’s new album as it comes.
Speculation that Rammstein were back in the studio started when fan site Rammstein World wrote, “There’s no longer any doubt: Rammstein are back at La Fabrique studios, where they recorded their latest album! Some members and engineers of the band have been spotted in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, where the studio is located. Other people usually present in the studio with the band posted about their trip to France on social networks.
“Till had declared in 2019 that the band still had unreleased songs, and Schneider confirmed that Rammstein would work on new songs in 2020. Stay tuned!”
Like every band on the planet, Rammstein were unfortunately forced to postpone their 2020 touring plans in Europe and North America due to COVID-19. However, the band have since announced rescheduled dates, so get ready to get an impromptu suntan from some pyro at one of the shows below:
