Watch Two Minutes to Late Night’s “Bedroom Cover” of Faith No More’s “Everything’s Ruined”

On of our favorite things to come out of the COVID-19 shutdown is Two Minutes to Late Night’s “Bedroom Covers” series, which sees Gwarsenio Hall — a.k.a. Two Minutes’ corpse-paint-slathered master of ceremonies, also a.k.a. Jordan Olds, the un-corpse-painted host of The Pit’s own talk show Last Words — assembling all-star ensembles of quarantined musicians to take on classic rock and metal songs. Highlights have included a Chelsea Wolfe-helmed take on Ozzy’s “Crazy Train,” a Neil Fallon-fronted rendition of AC/DC’s “Riff Raff” and a Sleigh Bells-assisted cover of Guns N’ Roses’ “Rocket Queen.”

The latest entry in the series takes on the great Faith No More’s Angel Dust classic “Everything’s Ruined.” Joining Gwarsenio Hall this time out is the Black Dahlia Murder vocalist Trevor Strnad, Fever 333 guitarist Stephen Harrison, Intronaut guitarist Sacha Dunable, Sharptooth bassist Peter Bruno, Droneflower/Shearwater keyboardist Emily Lee and Boysetsfire drummer Jared Shavelson. Watch the badass madness below.

“SHINY COPPER PENNIES! Two Minutes wrote in the YouTube description for the video. “This week we covered Faith No More’s ‘Everything’s Ruined’ so we are very nervous about it and there is absolutely footage of bird’s shitting in reverse in the video.

“This is our 14th bedroom cover made with the support of Patreon. With so many musicians stuck at home with no outlets, we’re going to keep producing these style videos and use the Patreon to give some money to everyone who has a part in them.
