Australian metalcore stalwarts the Amity Affliction are gearing up to drop their new album, Everyone Loves You… Once You Leave Them, on a February 21st via Pure Noise Records. They’ve dropped two singles ahead  the LP so far, the explosive “Soak Me in Bleach” and the smash hit “All My Friends Are Dead,” which has racked up almost 3 million streams since its release late last year. Now, they offer up single No. 3, “Catatonia,” which you can stream below.

“If you listen carefully, you’ll hear this is a sister track to ‘All My Friends Are Dead,'” vocalist Ahren Stringer commented. “We wrote it to bookend the album and keep it heavy fuckin’ metal. Lyrically, I think it ties the whole theme of the album together and wraps up what Joel [Birch] is trying to get across. Even though everything might seem perfect from the outside, sometimes being broken on the inside can never truly be fixed.”

In addition to releasing Everyone Loves You… Once You Leave Them, the Amity Affliction have a big 2020 ahead of them. The quartet will go out as support for Beartooth from February 16th through March 6th in Europe, then skip over to North America for a long string of dates, which you can see below.
