
Slayer are about to embark on the seventh and final leg of their farewell world tour, The Final Campaign, before taking their last bow at theLos Angeles Forum on Saturday, November 30th. Slayer — singer-bassist Tom Araya, guitarists Kerry King and Gary Holt, and drummer Paul Bostaph — will be joined by Primus, Ministry and Philip H. Anselmo & the Illegals performing a vulgar display of Pantera.
The thrash legends are also readying one last release: Slayer: The Repentless Killogy, a new concert film (shot at an August 2017 live performance at the L.A. Forum) paired with a narrative short starring Danny Trejo, Jessica Pimentel, Jason Trost and Bill Moseley full of “revenge, murder, bloodshed and retribution.”
Today, October 2nd, the band announced that Slayer: The Repentless Killogy will be premiering in over 1500 theaters worldwide for a one-night event on November 6. Tickets will be on sale starting October 9 at www.slayer.film.
The film’s Blu-ray release, due November 8th, will come packaged with two-CD and two-vinyl record of the live audio from that show, the latter available in eight limited-edition colored vinyl configurations. Pre-order that here. Watch the trailer and see Slayer’s final tour dates below.
